Our process is quite simple, and we pride ourselves on efficient customer service.
The first step is for you to provide us with a deposit, a clear idea of what you want, and any files or other information which will be used for the site.
We will build a draft of the site, including the information you provided, in a design that we feel corresponds to your wishes. We will then ask you to review the draft and let us know what you would like to have changed.
We will continue the editing process until you are thrilled with the site.
Once you are thrilled, we will ask you for the balance of the cost of the site, and we will publish the site.
If we are handling the hosting of your site, we will submit the site to the search engines and make minor changes from time to time. We will bill you monthly or quarterly.
If you already have a site, we can fix your site, using the same process outlined above, but we will use your hosting account.
